Google expands Madison presence with new office, partners with Boys and Girls Club

High above East Washington Avenue with sweeping views of iconic Madison landmarks, more than 100 Google employees celebrated the opening of their new office space Friday.

Google came to Madison in 2007 and has grown from an employee base of three engineers to about 100 people who work on advanced development for hardware and systems software that powers the tech giant’s data centers.
