Wisconsin homeless numbers improve, but need persists

Federal housing data is showing a drop in homelessness in Wisconsin, but area shelters still face more demand than they can handle.

Ken Notes: We need to expand the array of options we use to solve this issue. I love The James A Peterson Veteran Village and SC Johnson Community Center in Racine. Wisconsin could be the first state in the nation to offer alternative housing to our vets buy adding a community like this to every metro area.
