Ken Notes: She is right BUT the program is not even close to affordable, paying the interest on student loans for those remaining in the state is affordable. If we really want to affect change we need to propose real legislative ideas that will work in Wisconsin. Instead we say stuff to get our picture in the paper -- and it works especially when you are running for governor...
