The Roll Up: Weekly Self-Storage Development Round Up 12.6.17
Northbrook, IL-based contractor has purchased a historic warehouse building in Milwaukee with plans to convert it into a 1000-unit self-storage facility.

Platform II-Wisconsin, led by Scott Krone of Coda Design Build, purchased the eight-story building at 3742 W. Wisconsin Avenue for $1.8 million. The seller, C.H. Coakley & Co., is a local moving and storage company.

Krone plans to finance the project with state and federal historic preservation tax credits, according to the Journal Sentinel. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2018...
